Rail Services Adjusted for Development Works
Train services in the Adra Division will see cancellations, short terminations, and diversions due to scheduled developmental works. The adjustments will affect several MEMU specials and express trains between 05.02.2024 and 10.02.2024.
JAMSHEDPUR – The Adra Division of the Indian Railways has announced a comprehensive schedule adjustment for several train services due to ongoing developmental works.
The cancellations include the 08671/08672 Adra-Bhaga-Adra MEMU Special on 05.02.2024 and 10.02.2024, the 08667/08668 Bhojudih-Bhaga-Bhojudih MEMU Special on 05.02.2024, and the 08644/08643 Asansol-Adra-Asansol MEMU Special on 06.02.2024.
Additionally, the 08680/08679 Adra-Midnapur-Adra MEMU Special will be short terminated at Bankura on 06.02.2024.
The 08174/08652 Tatanagar-Asansol-Barabhum MEMU Special will be adjusted to start from and end at Adra on 06.02.2024, 08.02.2024, and 10.02.2024.
The 18035/18036 Kharagpur-Hatia-Kharagpur Express will also see adjustments on 07.02.2024 and 09.02.2024, being short terminated at Adra.
The 03594/03593 Asansol-Purulia-Asansol Special will follow suit on 07.02.2024.
In terms of diversions, the 18601 Tatanagar-Hatia Express will take an alternate route via Chandil-Gunda Bihar-Muri on 05.02.2024, 07.02.2024, and 09.02.2024.
The 18115 NSCB Gomoh-Chakradharpur Express will be diverted via Mahuda-Talgaria-Bhojudih on 05.02.2024 and 10.02.2024.
These adjustments are made to facilitate uninterrupted developmental activities in the Adra Division, aiming at enhancing the infrastructure and service quality of the Indian Railways.
