Blaze Destroys Bamboo Restaurant, Loss Near Rs 90 Lakh

JAMSHEDPUR – A major fire in Siwan destroyed a restaurant completely, causing heavy financial losses and panic in the area.

The fire erupted late near P Devi Mor in Siwan city. It quickly engulfed the Bamboo Restaurant.

Meanwhile, flames spread rapidly across the entire structure. Within minutes, the building was fully ablaze.

However, eyewitnesses reported chaos in the surrounding locality. People gathered as flames rose high into the sky.

Moreover, nearby shopkeepers feared the fire could spread further. The intensity created panic among locals.

Soon, two fire engines reached the location after alerts. Firefighters battled the blaze with sustained efforts.

However, the fire was controlled only after significant damage. The restaurant was completely destroyed by then.

According to initial findings, a short circuit may have caused the fire. Authorities have begun a detailed investigation.

On the other hand, the restaurant owner alleged delayed response. The owner claimed late arrival worsened the losses.

Meanwhile, officials are assessing the damage and verifying claims. Estimated losses are reported near Rs 90 lakh.

Moreover, investigations continue to determine the exact cause. Further action will follow based on findings.
