JAMSHEDPUR – A peace committee meeting was organized at Mango police station on Tuesday to ensure the peaceful and harmonious celebration of Bakrid, which will be observed on May 28 in Jamshedpur. The meeting was chaired by Sub-Divisional Officer (SDO) Arnav Mishra, while ASP Rishabh Dwivedi was also present during the discussion.
All members of the Mango police station peace committee participated in the meeting and informed the administration about possible issues and local concerns that could arise during the festival. Members also gave suggestions regarding cleanliness, traffic management, security arrangements, and other essential civic measures.
SDO Arnav Mishra assured the committee members that all issues raised during the meeting would be resolved promptly and that the administration was fully prepared to maintain law and order during Bakrid celebrations.
He also appealed to residents to celebrate the festival with mutual brotherhood, peace, and harmony so that the occasion could pass smoothly across the city.
