Deputy commissioner Manjunath Bhajantri oversees security and venue preparations for Governor’s visit.

BAHARAGORA – An on-site review was conducted to ensure the smooth flow of attendees to the program, as per the Deputy Commissioner’s instructions.

The district administration has already started making the necessary preparations regarding security and law and order to ensure a seamless program.

The details of these plans were shared with the organizers and office bearers, with specific guidelines given to manage potential issues.

Looking at factors like the possibility of rain, the organizers were advised on setting up a standard water-proof pandal, staging area, parking lot and managing the expected visitor count.

The officials present were given essential instructions on maintaining law and order and arranging traffic.

While the Deputy Commissioner oversaw the venue’s preparations, he also gave appropriate guidance to the organizers for the successful execution of the event.

In anticipation of the Governor’s visit, Deputy Commissioner Manjunath Bhajantri made a personal visit to the venue on Sunday to inspect the law and order situation.

The main highlight of this organized event is the participation of Jharkhand’s Governor, C.P. Radhakrishnan, at the TPS DAV Public School in Baharagora on August 10.
