JAMSHEDPUR – A poetry anthology featuring creative expressions of 58 young poets was released at Red Cross Bhavan auditorium in the city.

The collection, titled “Udaan,” presents diverse perspectives. Young poets addressed themes ranging from nature to terrorism. The anthology includes poems on maternal affection and paternal struggles.

Children explored social issues and political topics. The works demonstrate mature thinking among young contributors. Poetry initiatives in the city continue to gain momentum.

Senior journalist Vikas Srivastava compiled the anthology. He curated writings from 58 young poets. His effort provided a platform for creative writing talents.

The book was released by distinguished guests. Dr. Amar Singh, Principal of Cooperative College, participated. Additionally, litterateurs Shailendra Asthana and Jyotsna Asthana attended.

Prabha Jaiswal and educationist Vipin Sharma were present. Moreover, Awadhesh Singh, Principal of Vivek Vidyalaya, joined. Sajjan Agarwal and senior journalists Anand Kumar attended.

Ajay Muskan also participated in the event. However, guests emphasized the rarity of such publications. Children’s poetry collections remain uncommon in Jamshedpur.

Speakers praised the young poets’ efforts. They noted that proper guidance enables remarkable achievements. Furthermore, poetry competitions encourage literary pursuits among youth.

Guests discussed poetry’s purpose and audience. They stressed clarity of intent in writing. Besides, they expressed hope for continuing tradition.

Sahil Asthana conducted the program proceedings. Uday Narayan Srivastava attended the function. On the other hand, Press Club President Sanjeev Bhardwaj participated.

Purbi Ghosh and Nidhi Srivastava were present. District Councillor Vice President Pankaj attended. In addition, Rajkumar Singh and Rajiv Dubey joined.

The anthology covers nature’s beauty and sisterly affection. Children wrote about complex social concerns. Patriotic poetry sessions remain popular across institutions.
