Jharkhand Government Reshuffles 28 DSP-Level Officers

Jamshedpur gets new Traffic DSP as Sanjay Kumar Singh moves to Jamtara

RANCHI – The Jharkhand government has announced a major reshuffle involving 28 Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) level officers across the state.

Sanjay Kumar Singh, formerly Jamshedpur’s Traffic DSP, has been transferred to Jamtara as DSP.

Moreover, Shri Neeraj will take over as the new Traffic DSP for Jamshedpur.

The reshuffle affects various districts and specialized units across Jharkhand.

In addition, Rahul Dev Badaik has been appointed as DSP (Operations) for Garhwa.

Surjeet Kumar will serve as Additional SP (Operations) in Giridih district.

Furthermore, Ratibhan Singh has been posted as DSP Headquarters in Koderma.

Ranveer Singh takes charge as DSP of Simdega district.

Meanwhile, Akhil Nitish Kumar has been appointed as DSP of Khunti district.

The Special Task Force (STF) in Ranchi sees multiple new appointments.

On the other hand, several officers have been posted to the Special Branch in Ranchi.

Venkatesh Kumar will serve as DSP Headquarters in Deoghar district.

Additionally, officers have been assigned to the Anti-Terrorism Squad and Indian Reserve Battalion.

"This reshuffle aims to optimize our police force’s efficiency," remarked a senior official.

The transfers are expected to bring fresh perspectives to various police units.

All transferred officers have been directed to assume their new roles promptly.
