JAMSHEDPUR – The auspicious Kartik month saw the grand organization of Sri Satyanarayana Swami Vratam (collective Satyanarayana Katha) at Andhra Bhakta Sriram Mandiram in Bistupur.
Approximately 240 couples participated in the puja, conducted by Pandit Sri Satyanarayana Murthy from Sri Veera Venkata Satyanarayana Swamivari Devasthanam, Annavaram, Andhra Pradesh.
All the required puja materials were specially brought from Annavaram for the occasion.
The ceremony commenced with Ganesha puja, followed by the worship of Navagrahas and the invocation of Lord Satyanarayan.
The Satyanarayana story was narrated in both Hindi and Telugu amidst continuous chants of "Govinda-Govinda."
The highlight of the event was the preparation and distribution of Prasad, akin to the Divya Prasadam of Annavaram Devasthanam, by priests from Andhra Pradesh.
Post-puja, around 1000 devotees partook in the Mahaprasad.
The Mandiram Working Committee, Srivari Seva Sanstha members, and women volunteers played vital roles in the successful execution of this program.

Special arrangements were made for the elderly and those unable to sit on the ground, with chairs provided by the temple committee.
Intellectuals and officials from various Telugu organizations and societies graced the event.
Notable attendees included District Coordinator of Religious Trust Board B Srinivas Rao, and several other dignitaries and hundreds of devotees.
