JAMSHEDPUR – Faststep India has launched a 60-day fitness competition to inspire people to engage in consistent physical activity and adopt a wholesome diet based on home-cooked meals, with the objective of nurturing a healthier lifestyle within the community.

The event is organized by Sushanto, Aparajita, and their committed team, providing participants with the chance to gain from the knowledge of distinguished fitness and wellness professionals.

Accomplished Zumba trainer Usha Gope will lead dynamic and captivating dance sessions designed to make fitness enjoyable and accessible for all.

Yoga expert Riddhi Mehta will conduct classes that focus on mindfulness, flexibility, and overall well-being, contributing to participants’ mental and physical health.
