JAMSHEDPUR – A devastating road accident near Telco Stadium late last night claimed the lives of two young men and left one critically injured. The incident occurred around 2 AM when their vehicle collided with a tree while taking a turn near the roundabout.

On-the-Spot Fatality and Rescue Efforts

Eyewitnesses reported that locals rushed to the scene immediately after the accident and attempted to rescue the injured. One of the victims succumbed to injuries on the spot, while another died during treatment at the hospital. The third individual remains in critical condition.

Victims Identified

Police identified the deceased as 20-year-old Roshan Kumar, a resident of Bank of India Road No. 1 in Telco, and Ayush Chauhan, son of a Tata Cummins employee. The injured, Ayush Kumar Mishra, is currently undergoing treatment in the ICU at Tata Main Hospital (TMH).

Mourning Amid New Year Festivities

The accident has cast a shadow of grief over New Year celebrations. The untimely deaths have left the victims’ families and friends in deep sorrow. Police have begun an investigation to determine the cause of the crash.
