Free Health Camp Held at Sitaramdera Oraon Community Hall

Over 236 People Benefit from Health Camp Organized by All India Teli Sahu Mahasabha

A free health camp was organized on Sunday by the All India Teli Sahu Mahasabha at the Oraon Community Hall in Sitaramdera, benefiting over 236 people.

JAMSHEDPUR – On Sunday, the All India Teli Sahu Mahasabha organized a free health camp at the Oraon Community Hall in Sitaramdera, where more than 236 people availed themselves of health check-ups.

Former MP Dr. Ajay Kumar inaugurated the event by lighting the lamp.

The camp, led by District President Rakesh Sahu, also facilitated the filling of pension forms for widows, the elderly, and the disabled, with a total of 90 pension forms completed.

Dr. Ajay Kumar, in his address, emphasized the importance of regular free health camps in the community and urged the Sahu community to organize such camps weekly.

Rakesh Sahu announced that free cataract surgeries for several patients would be conducted on July 17 at Purnima Netralaya Hospital.

The camp featured various medical specialists, including General Physician Dr. S.J. Singh, camp coordinator Rajkumar Sahu, lab technician Dr. Jamali, eye specialist Dr. Neeraj Patel, and others providing services like blood pressure, diabetes, and dental check-ups.

Special guests included Lok Sabha Observer Abhijeet Singh and Jamshedpur East Assembly President Neeraj Sahu, who were honored with traditional garments by district officials.

Several members of the Oraon community, including Ramu Tirkey, Gangaram Tirkey, Santosh Lakra, Kishore Lakra, Bablu Khalku Lakra, Santosh Bhuiyan, Raju Bhuiyan, and Soma Poy, were also honored.

Dr. Ajay Kumar thanked key organizers Ramu Tirkey, Raju Sahu, Vicky Sahu, Dheeraj Sahu, Durga Prasad, Sagar Sahu, Golu Sahu, Vedant Sahu, Neeraj Prasad, Ajit Rajak, Vikas Gop, Raju Thakur, Arun Singh, Ajay Thakur, Mohammad Rizwan, Vishwakarma Rajak, Chandrashekhar Sahu, and Vikas Sahu for their contributions to the event’s success.
