Jamshedpur Man’s Mysterious Disappearance Ends in Tragedy, Body Found in River
32-year-old Avinash Prasad of Jamshedpur goes missing on a train journey; his body is later found in the Jamgaon river, sparking suspicions of foul play.
JAMSHEDPUR – Avinash Prasad’s body has been found in a river and has been brought to Jamshedpur.
On December 16, 32-year-old Avinash Prasad, a resident of Jugsalai Kali Sthan Road, left Tatanagar for Ujjain by the Shalimar Bhuj train with three friends.
Initially confirmed in seat 24 of B2, he changed to seat 45 in B6 after speaking with TT Premchand Singh, while his friends were in B8.
A dispute occurred between Avinash and TT Premchand Singh, with the TT threatening to call the RPF.
Subsequently, Avinash mysteriously vanished from the coach.
The following morning, when his friends searched for him, a fellow passenger handed them Avinash’s mobile and informed them about his absence.
Despite continuous efforts by friends and family, Avinash remained untraceable.
On December 22, Avinash’s body was discovered in the Jamgaon river.
His family, suspecting foul play, intends to file an FIR against TT Premchand Singh.
Avinash, an electrician by profession, is survived by a 4-year-old son.
The entire Jugsalai area mourned as his body was brought back to Jamshedpur.
His last rites were performed at Bistupur Parvati Ghat.
The mysterious circumstances of his disappearance and death have left the community in shock and grief, with many unanswered questions lingering.
