Principal of Panchkatia High School attacked over allegations of molesting girl students, police action underway.
SAHIBGANJ – On Saturday, a troubling incident occurred at the upgraded high school in Panchkatia.
The principal, Mohammad Shamshad Ali, was severely assaulted by relatives of female students.
Upon receiving the information, Barhait Police Station officers promptly arrived at the school.
They managed to rescue the injured teacher from the crowd, subsequently sending him to the Community Health Center for treatment.
In this case, the parents of the girl students have leveled serious allegations against the principal.
They accuse him of sexually harassing the girls at the school.
Approximately a dozen girl students have reported the principal’s actions to their parents.
All complaints share a common allegation – that the principal would call them into his room on the pretext of some excuse and molest them.
As a result of these accusations, a large number of parents convened at the school today.
The situation quickly escalated, leading to a severe thrashing of the principal.
Confirming the incident, SP Anuranjan Kispotta stated that the police acted promptly upon receiving information about the incident.
A written complaint has now been received by the police, who have promised to take stringent legal action in response.
Currently, the accused teacher is receiving treatment under police supervision.
