Pehchaan Installs 7th Water Cooler in Adityapur Police Station Amidst Heatwave

Jamshedpur’s social organization Pehchan, installs a water cooler at Adityapur police station under Jaldhara Yojana. SDPO Harvinder Singh inaugurates the installation.

JAMSHEDPUR – As Jamshedpur and its neighboring districts battle the scorching summer heat, local voluntary organizations have been distributing cold water vessels. Pehchan, a social organization based in Jamshedpur, has now installed a water cooler under the Jaldhara Yojana initiative at the Adityapur police station in the neighboring district of Seraikela.

The water cooler was officially inaugurated by SDPO Harvinder Singh.

The initiative is part of Pehchan’s ongoing efforts to provide relief during the harsh summer months.

This water cooler marks the second installation this year and the seventh overall by the organization in both Jamshedpur and Seraikela.

Women comprise the membership of Pehchan, and many were present for the inauguration. Their efforts were lauded by SDPO Harvinder Singh, who remarked that the water cooler would be of significant benefit to the police station visitors.

The members of Pehchan have also expressed their intentions to extend this initiative to traffic police personnel in the near future.

The installation of the water cooler was met with joy and appreciation from the personnel at the Adityapur police station.
