ANM Students Lead Rally to Promote Oral Hygiene Awareness

JAMSHEDPUR – An awareness rally on oral health was conducted by ANM students to promote hygiene and early treatment of oral diseases.
The event took place under Civil Surgeon Dr. Sahir Pal’s guidance. It was held on April 4, 2026.
Meanwhile, students from ANM Nursing School led the rally actively. They marched from Sadar Hospital to Karandih More.
Moreover, the rally aimed to spread awareness among residents. It highlighted risks linked to oral diseases and cancer.
However, participants stressed timely medical check-ups for prevention. They also promoted daily brushing and proper hygiene habits.
In addition, officials from the NOHP program joined the initiative. Dr. Vimlesh Kumar and Kundan Kumar were present.
Furthermore, nursing tutor Jyotsna also participated in the rally. The event encouraged responsible oral care among citizens.
On the other hand, such campaigns are regularly conducted in Jamshedpur to improve public health awareness. These efforts focus on prevention and early diagnosis.
