JAMSHEDPUR – The Chitragupta Mandir Samiti organized a grand Chitragupta Puja Milan Samaroh at Shri Sainath Devasthanam temple premises with cultural performances and community gathering.
The event took place at Shri Chitragupta Mandir. It was held under the aegis of Chitragupta Mandir Samiti. The committee was founded by late Umeshwar Prasad Sinha. The venue was Shri Sainath Devasthanam Mandir premises.
The program began with Lord Chitragupta’s aarti. Devotees chanted “Om Jai Chitragupta Hare, Swami Jai Chitragupta Hare.” Subsequently, the formal inauguration took place through traditional lamp lighting. The ceremony followed authentic Vedic rituals.
Samiti convener Anup Ranjan welcomed all guests. He also greeted the devotees present at the venue. Classical dance artists from the city presented captivating performances. Moreover, singer Durga Ghosh rendered devotional songs and bhajans.
The cultural program continued for approximately one hour. It showcased diverse cultural glimpses of India. The audience appreciated the presentations enthusiastically. The atmosphere became spiritually charged with devotional music.
Distinguished guests were honored after the cultural program. A.K. Srivastava attended the event as a dignitary. Ravindra Jha was also present at the ceremony. However, Ramashraya Prasad and IPS officer Deepak Sinha graced the occasion.
R. Dayal participated in the celebrations. In addition, Rakesh Mohan Sinha attended the program. Purendra Narayan was among the notable attendees. Besides, Sudhanshu Ojha joined the gathering. Rajeev Kumar and Ram Prakash Pandey also attended.
Durga Ghosh conducted the entire program. Dr. Manoj Kumar Sinha proposed the vote of thanks. He serves as the convener of the committee. The samiti organized Mahaprasad distribution after the program. A large number of people participated in the prasad.
