Corona takes 5 lives in East Singhbhum on Friday

Jamshedpur: Corona has killed 5 more persons in East Singhbhum district on Friday taking the total death toll due to the disease in East Singhbhum to 215.

Meanwhile, on Friday 358 new cases were also detected in the district. With this the total number of patients in the district has reached 8320.

Today 1076 samples were collected and out of these 358 were found positive. 216 patients were also cured and discharged from different hospitals.

Till date 5470 patients have been cured in the district, while 92086 samples have been tested out of which 83012 have tested negative.

The administration has appealed to the people to continue maintaining social distancing rules.
