JAMSHEDPUR – Marwari Yuva Manch Steel City claimed the JCPL 4.0 championship title with a commanding seven-wicket victory over Loyola Alumni Association at Tube Makers Club.

The two-day tournament concluded with a dramatic finale. Loyola Alumni Association batted first and scored 122 runs in 12 overs. However, Jamshedpur‘s MYM chased down the target convincingly. They lost only three wickets in the process.

Deepak Agarwal delivered a match-winning performance with the bat. His explosive innings led MYM to a comfortable victory. The chase showcased confidence and composure from the champions.

Bidyut Baran Mahato, the city’s Member of Parliament, attended the grand finale. International handball coach Hasan Imam also graced the occasion. Both dignitaries praised JCI Jamshedpur Royals for promoting youth sports.

The prize distribution ceremony featured prominent personalities. Rajiv Talwar, LAA Senior Vice President, felicitated the winners. Savak Patel and Harsh Bakrewal, Vice Presidents of LAA and Singhbhum Chamber respectively, also participated. Moreover, JCI Jamshedpur Royals secured the second runners-up position.

Individual accolades highlighted exceptional performances throughout the tournament. Deepak Agarwal received the Player of Match award for his crucial knock. He also bagged the Best Batsman title for consistent performances.

Utkarsh Sharma of LAA earned the Most Valuable Player recognition. Meanwhile, Krishna Mohan Tiwary from LAA was named Best Bowler. The awards recognized outstanding contributions across different aspects of the game.

Vivek Agarwal, President of JCI Jamshedpur Royals, led the organizing team. Utsav Mittal served as Secretary for the event. Vishal Agarwal managed finances as Treasurer. Additionally, Tarakishore Agarwal provided vital organizational support.

The successful execution reflected coordinated teamwork among organizers. The tournament maintained high standards of sportsmanship throughout. Furthermore, it created an enthusiastic atmosphere for participants and spectators alike.

The championship reinforced Marwari Yuva Manch’s sporting excellence in the city. The organization has previously conducted various community initiatives in Jamshedpur. Their Amritdhara water projects have benefited thousands across different localities. The group has also organized multiple public welfare programs throughout the year.
