JAMSHEDPUR – The Michael John Auditorium in Bistupur hosted a public grievance redressal program under the directives of the Jharkhand Police Headquarters. The event commenced with dignitaries lighting a ceremonial lamp, symbolizing the program’s launch.
The initiative featured stalls from all district police stations where citizens registered complaints and received on-the-spot resolutions. Similar events were successfully conducted on September 20 and December 18, 2024, receiving positive feedback.

Senior Superintendent of Police Kishore Kaushal highlighted the event’s core objective: fostering better connections between police and the public. “The goal is to reduce misunderstandings and bring smiles to citizens’ faces,” he stated, adding that such events emphasize the availability and service commitment of law enforcement.
