MEDININAGAR – Devotees gathered in Medininagar for a three-day Hare Krishna Festival, celebrating spirituality and devotion through music, dance, and sacred teachings.
The Hare Krishna Festival commenced at Sanskrit College, near Sahitya Samaj Chowk, with vibrant kirtans and spiritual activities. Organized by the Hare Krishna Preaching Center, the event saw ISKCON devotees presenting soulful bhajans. Renowned speaker Dr. Keshavanand Das, from Badrika Ashram, delivered an enlightening discourse on the essence of devotion and the human purpose.
Focus on Spiritual Teachings
Dr. Das emphasized that human life finds meaning through devotion to God. He stated, “Life’s ultimate aim is the realization of the Divine, achievable only through unwavering faith.” His speech underlined the role of faith in strengthening the bond between devotees and the divine. Dr. Das also highlighted the power of chanting the Lord’s name as a path to liberation in Kali Yuga.

Participants recited chants like “Hare Krishna, Hare Rama” with fervor, expressing spiritual joy.
