Saraikela-Kharsawan Gears Up for CM Hemant Soren’s Visit on Sep 10

Officials inspect venue for ‘Aapki Yojana, Aapki Sarkar Aapke Dwar’ program

Jharkhand Chief Minister to distribute assets and approval letters on September 10, 2024.

SARAIKELA-KHARSAWAN – A comprehensive inspection was conducted at Kaju Maidan in Dobo, Chandil block, in advance of the public welfare event hosted by the Chief Minister.

On September 10, 2024, Chief Minister Hemant Soren of Jharkhand is scheduled to visit Kaju Maidan in Dobo, Chandil block of Saraikela-Kharsawan district.

The visit is a component of the ‘Aapki Yojana, Aapki Sarkar Aapke Dwar’ (Your Scheme, Your Government at Your Doorstep) initiative.

The principal guest at a ceremony that distributes assets and approval letters to selected beneficiaries will be CM Soren.

Preparations currently underway

Today, senior officials reviewed the event site at a high level.

Kolhan Divisional Commissioner Hari Kumar Kesari and DIG Kolhan Manoj Ratan Chothe comprised the inspection team.

They were accompanied by Deputy Commissioners Ravi Shankar Shukla of Saraikela-Kharsawan and Kuldeep Chaudhary of West Singhbhum.

Manish Kumar, the Deputy Development Commissioner of East Singhbhum, and Mukesh K. Lunayat, the Senior Superintendent of Police of Saraikela-Kharsawan, were among the other officials in attendance.

The team evaluated the preparations and issued the requisite directives for the event’s various components.

Site sanitation, traffic management, temporary helipad construction, and vehicle parking were the topics of the discussions.

Separate arrangements were also made for transportation to and from the event site.

Commissioner Kesari underscored the significance of comprehensive preparation, asserting, “Preparations at each level should be finalized by all relevant officials.”

Primary Focus Areas

The inspection encompassed numerous critical components of event management.

During the program, officials deliberated on the preservation of law and order.

The seating arrangements for public representatives and beneficiaries were reviewed.

The team addressed critical facilities, such as mobile restrooms, drinking water supplies, and medical teams.

The availability of ambulance and fire brigade services was also verified.

The necessity of installing the requisite signage and properly barricading critical areas was underscored by officials.

Security Measures

The significance of upholding law and order was underscored by Deputy Commissioner Shukla.

He directed officials to evaluate all phases of preparation to guarantee that public movement is not significantly disrupted.

In order to ensure that all preparations are completed on time, Shukla instructed that site cleansing work be initiated immediately.

The team prioritized the prompt resolution of any deficiencies in the arrangements.

Additional Participants

The inspection was attended by numerous additional officials.

Included in this group were the Deputy Development Commissioners of East and West Singhbhum.

The review was also witnessed by the City SP of East Singhbhum.

The inspection crew consisted of senior officials from a variety of departments.

“This visit by CM Soren underscores the government’s commitment to bringing welfare schemes directly to the people,” according to a representative.

Local authorities are making every effort to guarantee that the Saraikela-Kharsawan district residents experience a successful and seamless event as the preparations continue.
