Jamshedpur’s Aapki Yojana Campaign to Inform Villagers about Government Schemes
Jamshedpur’s ‘Aapki Sarkar Aapke Dwar’ program aims to increase awareness and accessibility of state welfare schemes through Panchayat level camps.
JAMSHEDPUR – In an effort to enhance public awareness of state government welfare schemes, Jamshedpur has initiated the ‘Aapki Sarkar Aapke Dwar’ program, part of the Aapaki Yojana campaign.
This program, running from 24th November to 26th December, will reach eligible beneficiaries through Panchayat level camps across the district.
District Magistrate cum Deputy Commissioner Mr. Manjunath Bhajantri, along with Deputy Development Commissioner Mr. Manish Kumar and Director NEP Mrs. Jyotsna Singh, flagged off an awareness chariot from the Collectorate to tour all the blocks.
The publicity chariot will provide daily updates on Panchayat camp locations and detailed information about various government welfare schemes.
Villagers are encouraged to participate actively by visiting their nearest Panchayat camps to apply for scheme benefits and resolve complaints.
Various departments, including Food and Supplies, Social Security, Rural Development, and Health, will set up stalls at these camps to offer comprehensive information and assist with application processes.
The campaign aims to simplify access to government schemes by bringing officials directly to the villagers, eliminating the need for them to visit government offices.
The district administration is keenly working to ensure widespread coverage under the welfare schemes, urging villagers to actively engage in these camps for their benefit.
