The Bhoomi Pujan of Tuiladungri’s upcoming grand Durga Puja pandal was held with rituals by Pandit Niranjan Rath and Pandit Pradipta Kumar Das.

JAMSHEDPUR – The Shri Shri Sarvajanik Durga Puja Committee at Tuiladungri conducted the Bhoomi Pujan for its grand Durga Puja pandal today.
The ceremony was conducted by Pandit Niranjan Rath and Pandit Pradipta Kumar Das under traditional guidelines.
Chief Patron Raju Giri, President Mithilesh Singh Yadav, and General Secretary Dinesh Kumar performed the rituals together.
Dinesh Kumar mentioned that this Durga Puja, known for its grandeur and themes, was earlier famous as the first Odia Puja in the city before independence.
This year, the pandal is set to convey a new social message to the city and will open to the public on Panchami.
The Durga idol here holds a unique place in the city’s cultural landscape, attracting visitors from all corners.
The event today was attended by key members such as Raju Giri, Mithilesh Singh Yadav, Dinesh Kumar, Ashwini Mathan, Rajkumar Singh, Sunil Chaudhary, Krishna Sahu, B. Srinivas Rao, Prashant Giri, Kishor Kumar Raja, Ranjit Gupta, Ajay Kumar Sahu, Ashish Dutta, Amrik Singh Mikke, T. Anant Ganesh, Radheshyam, Satish Kumar, Rajesh Kumar, Pandey Pradhan, Shivnath, and others.
The pandal is known for its unique themes and social messages and draws crowds from both urban and rural areas.
The pandal will also host a grand fair, adding to the festive spirit of the event.
