Tata Workers Union Kanwariya Group Departs for Deoghar

Union members embark on annual pilgrimage to Baba Baidyanath Temple in Deoghar.

The Tata Workers Union Kanwariya group, led by General Secretary Satish Singh, departed for Deoghar’s Baba Baidyanath Temple from Kalibari in Jamshedpur on Friday.

JAMSHEDPUR – The authorized union of Tata Steel, Tata Workers Union, saw its Kanwariya group leave for Deoghar’s Baba Baidyanath Temple on Friday.

The group commenced their journey from Kalibari in CH Area, Jamshedpur, after performing prayers.

Led by General Secretary Satish Singh, the group was seen off by President Sanjeev Chaudhary Tunnu, Vice President Shahnawaz Alam, and other members.

Over 100 committee members and employees participated in this pilgrimage.

Comprehensive arrangements, including bus services and accommodation in Deoghar, have been made for the participants.

There was notable enthusiasm among the group, with chants of "Har Har Mahadev" and "Bol Bam" filling the air.

The Tata Workers Union Kanwariya group has been undertaking this pilgrimage for the past seven years during the month of Sawan.

This initiative, started by General Secretary Satish Singh, sees a significant number of officials, committee members, and employees participating each year.
