Peace Committee And Akhara Licensees Meet With Local Officials

Azadnagar authorities coordinate efforts for upcoming religious observance, addressing logistical needs and community concerns.

JAMSHEDPUR – In order to discuss Muharram 2024 preparations, members of the Peace Committee and Akhara license holders convened at Azadnagar Police Station with local officials was a significant gathering.

The purpose of the meeting at Azad Marriage Hall was to plan activities for the next Muharram festival.

The main guest at the event, Assistant Municipal Commissioner Aqib Javed, demonstrated the importance of the occasion to the neighborhood. License holders conveyed their appreciation for the local government’s continuous support and asked for a special area to be used for chilling Tazia goods.

Building on previous achievements acknowledged by the district administration, this cooperative approach highlights Azadnagar’s dedication to a tranquil and well-organized Muharram celebration.
