JAMSHEDPUR – Top officials, including the District Magistrate and the Senior Superintendent of Police, convened to strategize for the Lok Sabha General Elections 2024.

They emphasized the importance of executing election duties diligently and without negligence.

The Deputy Commissioner stressed the necessity of training polling personnel and evaluating transportation logistics for remote voting areas.

Instructions were issued to ensure the availability of vehicles and to organize voter awareness campaigns extensively.

The meeting underscored the importance of establishing a Postal Ballot Facility Center and addressing the needs of disabled voters.

Officials were directed to adhere strictly to the Election Commission’s guidelines and to reorganize and train all election-related cells promptly.

In the course of preparations, the need for a large-scale voter awareness campaign was highlighted, alongside the organization of transportation and polling personnel training.

Ensuring compliance and efficient execution of duties by all election cells was marked as a critical aspect of the election preparations.

Under the guidance of the District Magistrate, a comprehensive voter awareness campaign is to be launched.
