‘Aapki Yojana’ Camps Reach Remote Areas in Jamshedpur

Government Welfare Camps Organized in Jamshedpur to Enhance Scheme Accessibility

The ‘Aapki Yojana Aapki Sarkar Aapke Dwar’ initiative successfully organized camps in remote areas, ensuring wider reach of government schemes.

JAMSHEDPUR – Under the ‘Aapki Yojana Aapki Sarkar Aapke Dwar’ program, camps were held across 8 panchayats and 2 municipal bodies in 8 blocks of the district.

The camps were enthusiastically attended by locals, who submitted numerous applications.

These initiatives aimed to bridge the gap for those in remote areas previously deprived of government scheme benefits.

District Magistrate cum Deputy Commissioner Shri Manjunath Bhajantri oversaw the project.

Camps were organized in East Kalimati, Mahulbana, Bhadua, Dakshin Badia, Pavada Narsinghgarh, Gamariya, Sonahatu, Paharpur Panchayats, Burmamines Ward of Jamshedpur Notified Area Committee, and Ward No. 08 of Mango Municipal Corporation.

The focus was on simplifying information about welfare schemes and collecting applications for scheme benefits.

Efficient processing ensured all eligible beneficiaries received their due benefits.

The campaign, lasting a month, aims to cover all eligible individuals under various public welfare schemes.

Activities included distribution of bicycles, ID cards to SHG/cluster members, and essentials like dhoti, saree, lungi, and blankets.

Schemes like Abua Awas Yojana, Guruji Credit Card Scheme, and Birsa Irrigation Well Scheme were highlighted.

Efforts also addressed issues like caste, income, birth-death certificates, and mutation.

The district administration’s goal is to achieve 100% coverage of eligible individuals under these schemes.
