JAMSHEDPUR – Governor CP Radhakrishnan, serving as the Chancellor, mandated uniformity in academic and examination calendars for Jharkhand’s government universities.

This directive stresses the need for all state universities to adhere to a unified calendar.

Raj Bhavan has communicated this directive to various university Vice-Chancellors and In-charge Vice-Chancellors.

Universities are to draft their academic, examination, and holiday schedules for the 2024 session by December 15.

The aim is a swift statewide review and implementation of these standardized schedules.

This move seeks to streamline academic sessions in Jharkhand’s universities, creating consistency and coherence.

By standardizing university calendars, the initiative aims to eliminate variations in academic session start dates.
