JAMSHEDPUR – A late-night collision between two cars in Azad Nagar caused panic but no injuries were reported.
The incident occurred under Azadnagar police station limits late Monday night. Meanwhile, the crash happened near Ayesha Merlin locality.
According to eyewitnesses, a white Etios car lost control suddenly. Moreover, it rammed into a parked Verna on the roadside.
However, locals said nearby construction work created hazards on the road. Meanwhile, a drain slab was kept along the roadside.
After hitting the slab, the Etios suffered tyre bursts. Consequently, the driver lost control of the vehicle immediately.
Both vehicles sustained severe damage due to the collision. In contrast, no injuries or fatalities were reported in the incident.
Police officials from the local station reached the spot quickly. Moreover, they dispersed the crowd that had gathered.
