Traffic Restrictions Announced Ahead of CM Hemant Soren’s Jamshedpur Visit
Jamshedpur administration implements traffic restrictions for Chief Minister Hemant Soren’s visit on December 6, affecting vehicle movement.
JAMSHEDPUR – Chief Minister Hemant Soren’s impending visit to Jamshedpur on December 6 has led to significant traffic restrictions.
The local administration, under Deputy Commissioner Manjunath Bhajantri and SSP Kishore Kaushal, along with DSP Traffic Animesh Gupta, has implemented a joint order.
This order restricts the movement of light and heavy vehicles in the city.
From 5 am on December 6, the entry and exit of all vehicles will be regulated.
Heavy vehicles will have restricted entry between 9 am to 11 am.
From 11 am to 12.30 pm, heavy vehicles will be cleared.
However, from 12.30 pm to 11 pm, the movement of heavy vehicles will be completely halted.
These traffic restrictions will remain in place until 5 am on December 7.
The Chief Minister, Jharkhand will participate as the chief guest in the district level ‘Aapki Yojana Aapki Sarkar Aapke Dwar’ program organized on 07 December at Manpur Panchayat of Potka block.
The DC, along with the Senior Superintendent of Police, inspected the venue of the program located at Sawanadih Football Ground and took stock of the preparations, reviewed the security and law and order maintenance and gave necessary directions to the officials.
On Wednesday, in addition, the ‘Aapki Yojana, Aapki Sarkar Aapke Dwar’ program has organized camps in 6 panchayats and 1 municipal area across 6 blocks.
The administration has appealed to the citizens are encouraged to visit their nearest camps on December 6 to learn about various government welfare schemes and submit applications.
