Jamshedpur Implements Traffic Restrictions for Ram Navami

No Entry in City on 17th and 18th April to Accommodate Festival Celebrations

Traffic regulations will be strictly enforced in Jamshedpur on the 17th and 18th of April due to Ram Navami celebrations, impacting vehicular movement significantly.

JAMSHEDPUR – SSP Kishore Kaushal announced in Sakchi on Tuesday that Jamshedpur will see significant traffic restrictions during the upcoming Ram Navami festival.

On April 17th, from 1:00 pm to 11:00 pm, no entry will be allowed into the city, and the movement of all heavy vehicles will be barred except for buses.

The restrictions will tighten further from noon on April 18th until 6:00 am on April 19th, during which all four-wheeler operations will be halted, and no passenger buses will be permitted to run.

Specific areas such as Golmuri Chowk Road, Tata Gol Chakkar, and several others around the city will see a ban on three-wheeler operations from noon to 10:00 pm on April 18th.

These measures are intended to ensure smooth procession routes and safety during the Ram Navami celebrations, impacting regular traffic flow and access within the city.
