JAMSHEDPUR – The Marwari community organized a grand felicitation ceremony in Sakchi to honor newly elected civic representatives.

The event took place at Agrasen Bhavan in Sakchi. It was organized by the Marwari Samaj of Jamshedpur.

Several elected representatives were honored during the ceremony. These included Mango Mayor Sudha Gupta and Seraikela chairman Manoj Kumar Chaudhary.

Meanwhile, ward councillors from Jugsalai and Chakulia were also felicitated. Moreover, they received shawls, turbans, bouquets, and mementos.

Former minister Banna Gupta attended as the chief guest. However, multiple social organizations also welcomed the dignitaries warmly.

The program began with a welcome song performed by Mahabir Agrawal. Meanwhile, several senior members later presented honors to the guests.

Prominent community members participated actively in the event. Moreover, names included Nirmal Kabra, Ashok Gupta, and Naresh Modi.

Women’s groups also played an important role during the ceremony. Meanwhile, members of the Mahila Manch welcomed the guests.

Several notable citizens attended the function in large numbers. Moreover, representatives from Ghatshila and Jadugoda were also present.

Members of the Chamber of Commerce participated in the gathering. Meanwhile, they acknowledged the importance of civic representation.
