JAMSHEDPUR – The Kallone Talent Quest, a talent development initiative founded by Siddharth Rao, began its inaugural event at Michael John Hall, Bistupur, Jamshedpur, on November 9.
The two-day event, held on November 9 and 10, was officially inaugurated with a ceremonial lamp lighting by social worker Poorbi Ghosh and Kallone founder Rao.
This open-platform competition has no age restrictions and features a range of performances, including singing, dancing, instrumental music, ramp walks, and beatboxing.
The jury for the event comprises Prashant, Aparajita, Khushboo, Dev Mahato, and Nand Kishore Pandey, who will evaluate participants on creativity, stage presence, and skill.
Throughout the first day, audiences enjoyed dynamic performances in various categories, with standout acts in dance and musical presentations captivating the crowd.
The event will continue with further rounds on November 10, after which selected participants will qualify for the next stages of the competition.
Following Jamshedpur, the talent quest will expand to Dhanbad and Ranchi, where additional competitions will be held before finalists from each location converge in the grand finale.
The final showdown will award ₹1.5 lakh to the first-place winner, ₹1 lakh to the second-place winner, and ₹50,000 to the third-place winner.
The top ten finalists will also receive trophies and certificates.
This debut edition of the Kallone Talent Quest has received widespread appreciation from local attendees, underscoring the potential of this platform to spotlight diverse talent from across Jharkhand.
