JAMSHEDPUR – SUCI workers protested worsening civic conditions and demanded immediate administrative action in the city.

Workers of the Socialist Unity Centre of India (Communist) held a protest. The demonstration took place outside the deputy commissioner’s office in Jamshedpur.

Meanwhile, party members raised concerns over declining civic services. They urged authorities to act without delay.

However, the group highlighted slow construction of the Mango flyover. They said this delay causes traffic congestion and poor road conditions.

Moreover, protesters pointed to severe waste management failures. They said garbage collection remains irregular in non-TISCO areas.

In addition, mosquito infestation has increased across several neighborhoods. They also flagged poor drainage systems worsening the situation.

Meanwhile, the party raised alarm over stray dogs and cattle. They claimed these animals create daily risks for residents.

On the other hand, concerns were also raised over parking fee irregularities. Protesters alleged lack of transparency in collections.

Moreover, issues related to smart meter pressure were highlighted. They also demanded better access to Ayushman card treatment at Tata Main Hospital.

In contrast, the party mentioned delays in the Bagbera water supply scheme. They also cited water shortages in Mango areas.

Meanwhile, attention was drawn to pollution in the Swarnarekha river. Protesters demanded strict action against dumping waste into the river.

Furthermore, they urged authorities to stop the sale of contaminated fish. They said such practices threaten public health.

Finally, SUCI appealed for immediate intervention on all issues. They requested serious consideration from the administration.
