JAMSHEDPUR – A fire broke out in the main line board of a transporter’s office at Kashidih under the jurisdiction of Sakchi police station in Jamshedpur.

However, the fire brigade successfully subdued the flames, preventing further damage.

The deployment of carbon dioxide gas by fire personnel was crucial in controlling the fire.

Fire engines from the Jharkhand Fire Department and Tata Steel were quick to respond.

Upon noticing smoke, workers quickly alerted the Sakchi police and fire department.

The main switchboard was destroyed but a larger crisis was avoided.

No significant injuries or further damages were reported following the incident.

The cause of the fire was identified as a short circuit within the main line board.

Firefighters’ prompt action at the transport office in Kashidih, Jamshedpur, ensured safety.
