XITE College Students’ Annual Journal Launched to Boost Research Skills

Yearly Journal by XITE students: A stepping stone in developing research techniques across varied academic disciplines.

JAMSHEDPUR – On the day, the entire student body of the college was present, marking the significance of the event.

Father Mukti, the Assistant Principal, played a pivotal role in ensuring the programme’s success.

Among the students who made substantial contributions to the present edition were Aditi Pasaya, Anil Tamsoy, Isha Shaw, Misha Longa, Lily Baha Aind, Lisa Bara, Mehul Aman Raj, Rachel Aditi Joseph, and Ruchi Kumari.

The journal’s editorial board consisted of Dr. Sanchita Ghosh Chowdhury, Dr. Partha Priya Das, Ms. Sushmita Sen Chowdhury, Dr. Rajesh K Rana, and Akhinchand Jaxa.

Principal Dr. E. A. Francis, who has been instrumental in the successful publication of the S J Journal, applauded the students for their earnest efforts on the annual publication.

As the journal’s chief editor, Dr. Father Mukti Clarence highlighted the importance of research as an integral part of higher education and encouraged students to actively engage in the pursuit of academic excellence.

XITE College anticipates that the magazine will serve as a platform for students to reflect on their interests and provide constructive critique.

The publication accommodates a broad array of topics, including business studies, psychology, economics, and literature, allowing students to hone their research abilities and submit well-structured pieces.

The students of the undergraduate (UG) program at XITE College devoted substantial effort to this initiative.

The official launch of the yearly journal, aimed at guiding students and enhancing their research techniques, was carried out by the students of XITE Gamharia on Tuesday.
