CM Hemant Soren Pays Homage to Late Nirmal Mahto in Jamshedpur
CM Hemant Soren pays tribute to Nirmal Mahto on 36th martyrdom day, pledges to fulfill the dream of a prosperous Jharkhand, and criticizes opposition.
JAMSHEDPUR – Chief Minister Hemant Soren reached Jamshedpur on Tuesday.
On the 36th martyrdom day of Martyr Nirmal Mahto, he paid tribute and bowed down to late Mahto’s Samadhi at Ulyan.
In his address, the Chief Minister reiterated the resolve to make Jharkhand the dream of martyr Nirmal Mahato and said that the dream of a separate Jharkhand state has come true due to the sacrifices of the tribals.
Nirmal da was not the messiah of any particular caste or sect but of the whole of Jharkhand.

It would not be right to bind them in any particular bond.
As long as Jharkhand Mukti Morcha and Jharkhand state exist, Nirmal da will be remembered.
Their sacrifice will not go in vain.
During this, the Chief Minister lashed out at the opposition.
He said that since the formation of the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha, Congress, and RJD coalition government in 2019, it faced a global pandemic for two years.
When the work of delivery was started, the opposition started having stomach ache and every trick to destabilize the government was adopted, yet our government is determined to deliver the development plans to the people sitting in the last row.
He took a dig at the Central Government regarding the incident in Manipur and said that the tribals are being looted there and the Central Government has remained a mute spectator sitting on its hands.
The previous government used to work to fill its pocket.
Today, the Supreme Court has to interfere in the work of the government, which is unfortunate.
He said that after the formation of Jharkhand, the BJP never did the work of honoring the agitators by identifying them, but as soon as our government was formed, work was being done to identify and honor the agitators from every corner of the state.

He said that all the schemes of the government are being made keeping in mind the rural economy, because the state will be prosperous only if the rural economy is strong.
On the other hand, the Chief Minister said that the restoration that has come out in the state is just a glimpse, more restoration is about to come out, so that the unemployed youth and women here get employment.
Targeting the opposition, he said that till date no vacancy was brought out by them.
Even when it came out, only BJP people were given its benefit, but the vacancy that his government has created, only and only the local tribal natives will be able to get benefit.
Strict laws have also been made for this, he said.
Earlier, Minister Joba Manjhi, Minister Bana Gupta, MLA Savita Mahato, Minister Champai Soren also addressed the meeting from the stage and told the government’s commitment towards the development of Jharkhand.
At the same time, being cautious of the opposition in the upcoming Lok Sabha and Vidhan Sabha elections, once again appealed to cooperate in forming the government of INDIA Alliance.
