CM Assumes Office After Oath, Commits to State Progress
Hemant Soren, after being sworn in as Chief Minister, headed to Project Bhavan and assumed office, paying homage to Sidhu-Kanhu and Birsa Munda on the way.
RANCHI – Hemant Soren, after being sworn in as the Chief Minister of Jharkhand, proceeded directly from Raj Bhavan to Project Bhavan, where he officially took charge of his duties.
Before assuming office, Soren paid respects to tribal icons Sidhu-Kanhu and Birsa Munda.
At the Secretariat, officials from the Jharkhand Secretariat Service Association welcomed and congratulated him on his new term.
The association’s officials extended their best wishes for his tenure and expressed their commitment to fully support the state’s development.
Chief Minister Hemant Soren, along with his wife and Gandey MLA Kalpana Soren, was present on this occasion.
Soren thanked everyone and assured that the state’s development and public welfare would be his top priorities.
Dhruv Prasad, President of the Secretariat Service Association, along with General Secretary Siddharth Shankar Besra, Vice President Vinay Varnwal, Ritesh Kumar, Piyush Kumar, Irshad Alam, Deepti, Avadh, and Dharmendra were also present.
The Chief Minister emphasized the importance of cooperation and collective effort in achieving the state’s development goals.
He stated, "We will prioritize development and welfare projects to ensure the prosperity of Jharkhand."
This marks the beginning of Soren’s third term as Chief Minister, with a focus on addressing the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead for the state.
