Jamshedpur Officials Launch Voter Confidence Campaign Ahead of Lok Sabha Elections

DEO Ananya Mittal and Kishore Kaushal Lead Efforts to Secure a Fair Voting Process in Gautadih Tola

In preparation for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections, Jamshedpur officials have initiated a comprehensive confidence-building campaign in Gautadih Tola, aiming to ensure a secure and fair voting experience for all.

JAMSHEDPUR – District Election Officer Ananya Mittal and Senior Superintendent of Police Kishore Kaushal visited the vulnerable area of Gautadih Tola in the Jamshedpur Sadar Block to engage directly with the electorate.

Their mission was to bolster voter confidence and affirm the administration’s commitment to a harassment-free election.

Local authorities focused their efforts on voters from booth numbers 69 and 70, stressing the importance of participating in the polls scheduled for May 25.

They encouraged the community to vote independently and free from undue influence.

To reinforce security, the Senior Superintendent of Police assured that all polling stations would be tightly secured to facilitate a peaceful voting process.

Officials also verified that every eligible voter in the area, which includes around 60 households, was included on the voter list.

Booth Level Officers (BLOs) were tasked with delivering voter slips directly to residences.

Voters were advised about various forms of identification accepted by the Election Commission, ensuring that everyone had the means to vote, even without a voter slip.

The outreach included the presence of numerous district officials, who collectively underscored the administration’s dedication to conducting transparent and fair elections.

This initiative is part of a broader effort to maintain the integrity of the electoral process and empower citizens to exercise their democratic rights confidently and securely.
