Newly Appointed Minister Baby Devi Promises to Fulfill Late Husband’s Duties

Baby Devi, wife of late Minister Jagannath Mahto, pledges to complete his unfinished tasks as she takes over the role of Minister of Excise and Prohibition in Bokaro.

JAMSHEDPUR – Baby Devi, the wife of the late Minister Jagannath Mahto, took an oath of office and arrived in Bokaro today to attend a Disha meeting.

First, she garlanded the statue of Lord Birsa Munda at Naya Mor Birsa Chowk before heading to the seminar hall for the meeting.

Speaking to the media, the newly appointed Minister of Excise and Prohibition, stated her commitment to complete all the unfinished tasks of her late husband.

Her arrival was celebrated by many workers of the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha, who warmly welcomed the new minister to the city.
