XLRI Placement Committee Achieves Historic Milestones in Internship Placements

XLRI Placement Committee 2022-23’s strategic efforts result in 100% summer internship placements for the batch of ’25’.

JAMSHEDPUR – XLRI has commended the Placement Committee 2022-23 for their exceptional performance in securing internships.

The committee, comprising Anshuman Bebarta, Akash Tyagi, Ananya Bandyopadhyay, and others, has been pivotal in this success.

Their dedication led to impressive placement records for the batch of 25.

XLRI successfully placed 591 students from its Business Management and Human Resource Management programs.

The placement season witnessed 604 offers from 139 companies across both Jamshedpur and Delhi-NCR campuses.

In the BFSI sector, the highest monthly stipend reached INR 3.5 Lakhs.

The average and median stipends were INR 1.41 LPM and INR 1.5 LPM, respectively.

Notably, 84% of all offers secured stipends of at least INR 1 LPM, and 52% received at least INR 1.5 LPM.

Top recruiters included Accenture Strategy, Amazon, Asian Paints, Bajaj Auto, and Tata Steel.

The administration, faculty, and students have expressed immense gratitude for the team’s relentless efforts and success.
