Students scuffle at Jamshedpur Co-operative College during inquiry into allegations against Principal

Jamshedpur: Two groups of students clashed in Jamshedpur Co-operative College on Thursday even while an inquiry team was on the college premises to look into the complaint made against the Principal of the college Dr. Amar Singh.

It may be mentioned here that a few student organizations have lodged a complaint against Dr. Amar Singh, the Principal of Co-operative College in Jamshedpur, accusing him of irregularities. As a result, an inquiry team has been formed to investigate the matter and gather views and evidence from all parties involved.

The team will submit a report to the University and the Governor after the inquiry is completed..

However, even while the inquiry team was busy with its work on the college premises, a fight broke out among some students, and they began pushing and shoving one another.

The situation was eventually brought under control with the intervention of authorities.

The allegations against Dr. Amar Singh has caused concern among the student community, and the inquiry team’s report will be eagerly awaited.

Meanwhile, the college students are hoping that a fair investigation takes place and the matter gets resolved as soon as possible.
