Tata to Phusro bus meets accident at Chandil, passengers have narrow escape

Jamshedpur: A Kingfisher bus traveling from Tata to Phusro met with an accident on the Chandil railway bypass in Jamshedpur on Saturday. Fortunately, all 20 to 25 passengers aboard the bus, including the conductor, driver, and helper, had a narrow escape. None was hurt.

The Chandil railway bypass road has been in a dilapidated condition for a long time, and accidents involving small and big vehicles are common on this route.

Despite this, neither the departmental officers nor the people’s representatives of the area have taken any steps to address this issue.

Passengers on the bus blamed the poor condition of the road for the incident.

They stated that the accident occurred due to the very dilapidated condition of the road, and there was no fault of the driver.

The driver of the bus lost control, causing the accident.

The local people have been demanding the renovation of the road for a long time, and this incident has once again highlighted the urgency of the situation.

It remains to be seen if the authorities will take any action to address the issue and ensure the safety of passengers traveling on this route.

The incident has left many passengers shaken, and it is hoped that necessary measures will be taken to prevent such incidents in the future.
