CHANDIL – Narayan ITI in Lupungdih, Chandil, commemorated the birth anniversary of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya, paying homage to his enduring legacy.
Dr. Jatashankar Pandey, the institute’s founder, shed light on Upadhyaya’s life and philosophy.
"Born on September 25, 1916, Upadhyaya was a visionary thinker and organizer of the RSS," Dr. Pandey remarked.
Upadhyaya served as the president of Bharatiya Jana Sangh and introduced the concept of Integral Humanism.
His philosophy aimed at presenting India’s eternal ideologies in a contemporary context.
"Upadhyaya advocated for an inclusive ideology, envisioning a strong and empowered India," explained a political science expert present at the event.
The leader’s multifaceted personality included a deep interest in literature alongside politics.
Upadhyaya authored numerous articles in Hindi and English, published in various journals and magazines.
The commemoration highlighted Upadhyaya’s academic achievements, including his stellar performance in board examinations.
Despite facing personal tragedies, Upadhyaya pursued higher education with dedication and distinction.
"Upadhyaya’s life was marked by academic excellence and a commitment to national service," noted an educational researcher attending the ceremony.
After completing his studies, Upadhyaya chose to dedicate his life to the RSS as a full-time pracharak.
The event saw participation from various local dignitaries and community leaders.
Advocate Nikhil Kumar, Anoop Kumar Mahato, and Pawan Kumar Mahato were among the notable attendees.
