JMM Delegation Seeks Impartial Probe into False Case Against Leaders

JAMSHEDPUR – A Jharkhand Mukti Morcha delegation met East Singhbhum Senior Superintendent of Police Piyush Pandey on December 17. They demanded an impartial investigation into allegations made by former minister Dulal Bhuiyan.
The JMM district coordination committee led the delegation. Former minister Dulal Bhuiyan allegedly filed a false case. The complaint targeted senior party leader Mohan Karmakar. Moreover, central member Pramod Lal was also named.
Central member Sheikh Badruddin attended the meeting. Central member Pramod Lal participated in the delegation. District coordination committee chief Baghray Mardi joined them.
Sunil Mahato represented the party workers at the meeting. Laltu Mahato and Ajay Rajak also attended. Furthermore, Vidya Sagar Das and Faiyaz Khan were present.
Umanath Jha joined the delegation seeking fair investigation. Khuddu Oraon and Pritam Hembram participated actively. In addition, Sapan Roy and Ramesh Murmu attended.
Gurmeet Singh Gill represented party interests at the meeting. Inderpal Singh and Sukumar Besra also joined. Abhay Pandey attended alongside other senior members.
Women leaders Sabita Das and Durga Baipai participated. R Srinivas Rao joined the delegation meeting. Chandan Lal and Prakash Chandra Jha were present.
Pintu Lal attended along with numerous party workers. The delegation comprised several other JMM activists. They collectively sought justice in the matter.
The JMM leaders previously met the SP regarding similar concerns. A party leader had filed FIR against Bhuiyan for remarks about the Chief Minister.
Dulal Bhuiyan was reportedly joining BJP earlier this year. Mass defections occurred when JMM and Congress leaders switched parties. Bhuiyan previously advocated for 75 percent reservation for local villagers.
