Women’s Team Secures Second Place, Men’s Team Clinches Third at Nagpur

JAMSHEDPUR – National Institute of Technology Jamshedpur performed excellently at All India Inter-NIT Yoga Tournament 2025.

The women’s team secured second position overall. The men’s team clinched third place in competition.

Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology Nagpur hosted the event. The tournament ran from November 1 to 3.

This marks the institute’s third consecutive year achieving top positions. The consistent performance demonstrates sustained excellence in yoga.

Nineteen NITs participated in the women’s category. Eighteen institutes competed in the men’s division.

NIT Jamshedpur teams displayed exceptional discipline throughout. Their skill and team spirit impressed observers.

The achievement reflects institutional focus on holistic development. Physical health and mental balance receive continuous attention.

Director Prof. Gautam Sutradhar congratulated both teams warmly. He praised their outstanding success at national level.
