JAMSHEDPUR – Jharkhand’s Minister of School Education and Literacy, Ramdas Soren, flagged off a special educational train to Puri from Tatanagar station. This initiative aims to enrich the educational experiences of 800 schoolchildren, including 100 from East Singhbhum district, accompanied by three teachers from each participating district.
Officials Present at the Flagging-Off Ceremony
The event witnessed the presence of Jamshedpur Deputy Commissioner Ananya Mittal, PD ITDA Deepankar Choudhary, City SP Kumar Shivashish, and other administrative and police officials. The Minister inspected the train’s pantry car, reviewed the menu for the students, and personally interacted with them to extend his best wishes.
Focus on Rural and Underserved Students
The minister emphasized the inclusion of students from remote rural areas, highlighting the state government’s commitment to improving educational opportunities for all. He noted, “This journey will be a valuable learning experience for the children, shaping their lives and perspectives.”
