Administration Focuses on Fair, Peaceful, and Transparent Examination Process

JAMSHEDPUR – Preparations are underway for the Chowkidar recruitment written exam on December 1, 2024, ensuring a peaceful and transparent process under strict administrative guidelines.

A briefing, chaired by ADM Law and Order Aniket Sachan, was held at the Collectorate Auditorium. Officials, including City SP Kumar Shivashish and Rural SP Rishabh Garg, discussed measures to maintain order across the 13 designated exam centers. Sachan emphasized the importance of impartial and malpractice-free exam conduct, with a focus on smooth operations.

All centers will be monitored through CCTV cameras and supported by assigned videographers. Use of electronic gadgets within exam halls is strictly prohibited. Each candidate will undergo frisking before entry. Officials have been directed to report to their designated posts two hours before the exam starts. Secure transportation of examination materials to the centers will be ensured.

A control room has been established to oversee the process, with helpline numbers 0657-2440111 and 7004219058 available for assistance.

Rural SP Garg urged vigilance to prevent rumors, asking officials to alert the control room immediately if issues arise. City SP Shivashish announced that police forces, including women personnel, will patrol exam venues and their surroundings.

Key officials like District Supply Officer Salman Zafar Khijri and Deputy Collectors Gautam Kumar and Mrityunjay Kumar were present at the meeting. The administration is committed to a fair and peaceful examination environment.
