JAMSHEDPUR – Karim City College’s Mass Communication Department hosted a World Tourism Day event, unveiling Jharkhand’s tourism potential and local cinema developments.

Dr. Mohammad Riyaz, Principal of Karim City College, emphasized Jharkhand’s natural beauty.

He positioned the state as a future hub for eco-tourism.

Moreover, tourism experts from various districts shared insights on regional initiatives.

Dr. Neha Tiwari, Head of Mass Communication, highlighted film tourism’s role in promotion.

She linked the discussion to UNESCO’s 2024 theme of "Tourism and Peace."

Meanwhile, Saurav Sao announced upcoming tourism projects in the region.

The event featured a screening of the acclaimed documentary ‘Saranda’.

This film showcases the Saranda-Noamundi-Kiriburu-Hirnii tourist circuit of Jharkhand.

Furthermore, the star cast of the Nagpuri film ‘I Love You’ made a major announcement.

Director Vishal Verma revealed the film’s release date of October 4, 2024.

The movie will be screened in 15 theaters across Jharkhand initially.

Subsequently, it will see a nationwide release in 65 theaters, including the Andaman & Nicobar Islands.

On the other hand, students participated in a quiz related to the film’s trailer.

Winners received special merchandise from the cast.
