RANCHI – The Jharkhand cabinet, led by Chief Minister Hemant Soren, approved 63 proposals in a meeting held on Friday.
A new Transgender Pension Scheme was sanctioned.
A 520-bed tribal hostel in Ranchi received approval.
Rs 29 crores were allocated for JPSC examination expenses.
The cabinet approved Rs 71 crore for Bhandari Dih Gomoh Station Path.
Palna Yojana implementation got the green light.
Jharkhand CM Mainiya Samman Yojana’s age limit lowered to 18.
Assistant policemen’s term extension was approved.
Rs 77 crore sanctioned for Garhwa-Shahpur road.
Sahiya incentive increased to Rs 2000.
Saheya Sathi to receive Rs 50 daily.
RIMS to get a new MRI machine.
Rs 5 lakh medical insurance approved for 30,000+ lawyers.
Monthly pension of Rs 14,000 for lawyers aged 65 and above.
Rs 5,000 monthly stipend for newly enrolled advocates.
Savitribai Phule Scholarship extended to class 8 girls in private schools.
Assembly members’ salary allowance amended.
Free uniform amount for classes 9-12 increased to Rs 1200.
JTET exam rules amended to allow OMR-based tests.
"These decisions aim to improve various sectors in Jharkhand," stated a cabinet spokesperson.
