Lord Rama’s early life was described by Katha Vyas Pandit Gaurangi Gauri on the fourth day of the Shri Ram Katha.
She explained how Lakshman had a strong affection for Lord Ram’s feet when he was a little child and how Bharat and Shatrughan evolved a love equal to a master and a servant.
While all four of Lord Ram’s parents’ sons were honorable, modest, and attractive, Shri Ramchandraji was the most contented and cheerful, like an ocean of bliss, according to Pandit Gaurangi Gauri ji.
On the fourth day of the Shri Ram Katha, Pujya Gaurangi Gauri narrated a tale of how Mother Kaushalya held God in her lap to demonstrate her love for him.
The effect of Kausalyaji’s love and devotion caused God, who is all-pervading, Niranjan (free from illusion), Nirguna (without qualities), timeless, and unborn Brahman, to play on her lap.
Melodic music was playing in the background as Gaurangi Gauri told the tale.
She continued by saying that once Mata Kaushalya placed him to sleep on a swing and then went to worship her Kuldev and make an offering of Naivedya after washing and dressing Shri Ram.
When she came back, she discovered that Lord Rama in his infant form was consuming the food that had been presented to the god.
Even though God is all-pervasive and devoid of illusion, Pandit Gaurangi Gauri described how he occasionally played as a kid on Mother Kaushalya’s lap.
When Kaushalya first saw the enormous figure of God, she was initially terrified but quickly became happy and bowed down to him.

The tale underlines how crucial it is for families to foster a cultural upbringing in order to produce a cultured generation in the future.
Following the conclusion of the naming ceremony for Maharaja Dasaratha’s four sons, Vishwamitra asked Ram to defend the country by slaying demons.

Vishwamitra was dispatched with Ram and Laxman, who later received heavenly weapons thanks to his penance. In the narrative, Tadka is killed, Yagya is shielded from Marich, and Ahilya is saved.
